After convincing John that unless he wanted us to manufacture a small one off alternator he would have to relinquish to using a least one part originating from an import vehicle. (For the record, we were just making an expression by suggesting the production of an alternator; John actually contemplated this thought before reluctantly giving his consent to use the import component).
